How To Become A Crow Wholesale Customer
Crow Wholesale is a wholesale distributor supplying retail gun shops and sporting goods stores. We do not sell directly to the general public or end users. In order to become a customer, you must be in the retail business of selling firearms, optics, ammunition, reloading equipment and components, and shooting accessories. For that reason, we require that all customers apply for an account, subject to review and approval to verify their reseller status, before they can place an order with us. Customers must fill out a Tax Exempt Form.
This approval process may take a little extra time - up to several days. We do it to ensure that we do not sell to end-users and compete with our own customers.

My Account Dashboard
Once you have an approved membership with Crow, you will be able to access your Dashboard tool. Any time you're logged in, click on "Manage Account" at the upper right of the screen to see your Dashboard. Here you will be able to access your Account Info, Order History, Wish List, Saved Carts, Favorites, and similar features. You will also be able to view your cart and easily reorder previously purchased items.
Update Account
You are also able to change and update your account information at any time through the Dashboard tool. You may change your shipping address, phone numbers, e-mail address, passwords, etc.

How To Order
Reminder: To be able to place an order, you must have a pre-approved account with Crow Wholesale. You may apply for an account by clicking here.
There are several ways to locate the product(s) you wish to order. All of them start at the navigation frame that always appears on the left side of your screen.
- You can browse for a product using the Product Categories and Featured Brands drop-down menus.
- You can use the SEARCH box to find a product using key words, UPC, manufacturer's product number, or Crow Wholesales stock number. Our mobile site can scan UPCs to find product.
- You may sort by the warehouse you would like to order from to find available inventory near your location.
Search methods #1 and #2 will give you a results page listing one or more products. Click on the links to see more detailed descriptions of each item. The results page will also tell you if the item is in stock , approximately how many we have in stock, and the current unit price at a location near you.
Inventory quantities and prices on this site are maintained on a near real-time basis. For more information, see Pricing & Inventory below.
When you've found the item you want, enter the quantity in the QTY field of the warehouse location you want to order from, and click ADD. After you do this, the Cart Icon in the top right corner of the page will show that you have added the product(s) to your cart. At this point, you may:
- Finalize your purchase by clicking on Go To Checkout
- Look for more items by browsing the categories on the top
- Save the cart and finish filling it during a future session - see Saved Carts below.
- Change the quantity by entering a new quantity number in the QTY box or remove the product(s) from the cart or by selecting the "X" on the top right of product listing.

- Click "Submit Order"
Saved Carts
If you've haven't finished your order but need to take a break for some reason, our "Saved Carts" feature lets you store the cart, close your session, and come back later to finish filling it and place your order.
Step 1: Add items to your cart as you normally do when building an order.
Step 2: Once all the product you wish to save have been added to your cart, select the cart icon in the top right corner of the screen, and the select "View Cart" from the bottom on the slide out menu.
Step 3: Click on the "Save Cart" button.
Step 4: You'll be prompted to enter a Cart Name that you wish to have this cart saved under, or you can select an existing Folder or Cart to save these products to.
- If you wish you combine this cart with a perviosuly save cart, select the "Combine Carts" option, select the cart you wish to combine it with, and then select the "combine selected carts" button at the bottom right of the screen.
Step 5: Return to the cart by clicking on the "Save Carts" button on your Dashboard.
Managing Saved Carts
- To view and manage your Saved Carts, click on the "Saved Carts" tab in your My Account Dashboard.
- You can move some or all items from the active cart to any Saved Cart you wish.
- To view a Saved Cart, Select "Shopping Cart Management" from left side of the screen within your account dashboard. Then select the "View Cart" option on the Saved Cart you wish to see. Once selecting "View Cart" every item you have on that specific Saved Cart will be shown.
- You can copy an entire Saved Cart, or only selected items from one, to the active cart and check out. However, the Saved Cart will not be deleted automatically; this can be a particularly helpful tool for re-ordering items that you order often.
- Another feature of Saved Carts is the ability to edit a Cart Name and/or add notes about a Cart. Simply select the edit cart button to rename and add notes. When done select Save.
- If you wish to delete a Cart, select Edit and Delete Cart. Please note your Cart will be permanently deleted from all records!
TAX INFORMATION
Crow Wholesale customers are required to submit a Sales/Use Tax Exemption Certificate form before placing an order as we are required by law to collect sales tax at the rate effective at the time the order is processed. In some circumstances an account may be approved without these forms, and in such case we charge sales tax in the following states based on shipping address:

If you are shipping to any of these states, we try to estimate the amount of tax you'll pay as you're placing the order. Many factors can change between the time you place your order and when your order ships. This can result in your estimated tax being different from the sales tax collected at checkout.

Credit Card
Crow Wholesale accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. When you fill out step 4 of the checkout process, please provide your card number, expiration date, and your name as it appears on the card.
**Payments with a credit card made at the time of purchase don't incur credit card fees from Crow Shooting Supply.
Open Account
Open accounts are granted to individuals who possess a Good credit rating from Dun & Bradstreet and from several other federal credit-rating institutions.
Effective August 1, 2016, customers who wish to make payments on open accounts with a credit card will be charged a 3% processing fee. *The processing fee will equal 3% of the payment amount.
ACH Payments
Crow also accepts ACH payments. For instructions and more information, please contact us at 800-264-2493.
Shipping Information
Ground shipping is available anywhere in the lower 48 states, up to 300lbs. Ground rates do not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, where packages can only be shipped Parcel Post Air or FedEx 2nd Day Air.
We use two major carriers: FedEx Ground and USPS Priority Mail. Our shipping department will determine the best possible solution to get your order to you most quickly.
Some large items & exceptionally large orders will be shipped by truck and are contracted through LTL carriers. We will contact you before shipping, with a quote if we determine your orders needs to be shipped by this method.
If there are multiple orders being processed, our shipping department will combine the orders, which may bump the order to a freight class.
Shipping cost will reflect TBD on order confirmation and will follow above conditions. Cost will be applied to your order after it is processed, should it not meet the requirements for free shipping. If you have any questions regarding shipping costs on your order, please contact us.
All customers must have a commercial receiving address to qualify for free shipping program, or additional costs may be added to accommodate. If orders are large enough to qualify for truck shipment, customer must have ability to unload a pallet or an extra fee for lift gate will apply. If you know in advance that a lift gate is needed, please indicate that on the order.
We are not responsible for any delay of delivery due to weather or any other uncontrollable scenarios the shipping company may encounter while transporting customer orders.
All orders being picked up at any of our facilities must be submitted for processing 48 hours prior to pick up time.
Shipping Restrictions
- Free shipping on any order over $750. When shipping from multiple warehouses, $750 must be ordered from each warehouse for them both to qualify as free freight.
- All orders under $750 will be charged a flat rate of $19.95. (*Exclusions to flat rate listed below)
- Crow Wholesale reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time.
- Crow Wholesale will choose best possible freight method for shipment.
- Crow Wholesale may choose to consolidate multiple orders that have been placed within a short window of time to achieve the most efficient freight method.
- Not valid for drop shipments.
- Shipping will be applied to account if customer subsequently cancels items which cause the total purchase amount for the order to fall below the qualifying amount.
- Shipping surcharges still apply for expedited shipping.
- Shipping offer only applies to standard domestic orders within the lower 48 states.
- All orders less than $100 will be charged a $5 handling fee.
- Effective July 19, 2022, a $4.50 fuel surcharge will be applied per order. Details here.
- Hazmat charge will be waived on all powder shipments of 48lbs or 100lbs (full overpack or full pallet quantities). Each quantity of 48lbs. or 100lbs. must be from same warehouse to ship together.
- Hazmat charge will be waived on all primer shipments in full overpack quantities. Overpack quantity is 4 cases of 209 primers or 12 cases of metallic primers. Mix/match is allowed - each 209 case can be replaced by 3 metallic cases.
- Free shipping offers not valid on Gun Safes, Shotgun Wads, Lead Shot or Clay Targets.
- Free shipping for Shotgun, Game and Target Loads only available in pallet quantities and only in same or adjacent zone. 112 cases per pallet. ($3 per case surcharge from Zone 3 to Zone 1)
Ammunition Sale Restrictions
All sales will be made in compliance applicable Federal and state law. All approved Crow Wholesale customers are expected to sell only to authorized customers in accordance with Federal, state, and local laws.
Back Order Shipping
Back Ordering items is not available on crowwholesale.com.
Return Policy
- All returns must be approved through Returns Department.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or returned. Please contact your sales rep or our Returns department at returns@crowwholesale.com or by calling 800-264-2493 for a Return Authorization (RA) number and proper instructions.
- RA numbers are only valid for two (2) weeks.
- Write RA number clearly on exterior shipping container. NOT on product packaging. All returns must be in resalable condition.
- All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
- All returns, including refused shipments without notification to our Returns Department, are subject up to a 25% restocking fee.
- Any order cancelled after being released to the warehouse for processing may be subject to restocking fee.
- No credit will be given or replacements shipped until goods being returned are back into Crow Wholesale's possession, unless otherwise noted.
- It may take up to 14 days, after receipt of product, to process your return. Credit(s) will be issued according to the method of payment in which the order was placed. We will notify you once your return has been processed.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded, unless otherwise noted.
- All ammunition sales are final; therefore no returns will be accepted.
- We do not repair or make adjustments on used merchandise. Any merchandise found to be defective after use is subject to factory warranty and should be returned to manufacturer.
- Any products that are subject to pending or implemented restrictions due to Federal, State, or Local regulations/legislation are not eligible for return.

FFL/NFA Return Policy
Firearm Sales (NEW)
All sales of firearms and serialized items are FINAL and returns, refunds, or exchanges are NOT ACCEPTED. Once a firearm is transferred to a customer's name, Crow Wholesale will not accept a return or exchange under any circumstance.
NFA Sales
We are unable to process cancellations, returns, or refunds for NFA items once you have started the ATF Form 4 paperwork. Any returned NFA item will be subject to a $50.00 restocking fee.
Firearm Defects (NEW)
If a defect is discovered by the customer after shipment and transfer of ownership, the customer must contact the manufacturer directly for replacement or repair. It is the customer's responsibility to fully inspect the firearm/serialized item at their selected FFL PRIOR to accepting it into their possession. Please take your time to inspect all firearms/serialized items thoroughly BEFORE proceeding with the transfer. Once a firearm/serialized item is transferred to you it is considered used, even if unfired.
Customer Service
If an incorrect web description or other quality issues are discovered by the customer upon inspection of the firearms/serialized items at their selected FFL PRIOR to executing the transfer, please contact Crow Wholesale (1-800-264-2493) to arrange for a return label and initiate a refund or item exchange.
Warranty
All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with applicable warranty, magazine(s), and accessories. By purchasing a firearm, you agree that upon discovering a defect in your transferred firearm, you will work with the manufacturer for replacement or repair per their warranty policy. Contact the original manufacturer for warranty information.
FFL Dealer Verification
It is the responsibility of the customer to validate that the selected FFL is in business, will perform the required background check, and will legally transfer the firearm to the customer. A restocking fee of $50.00 per order and applicable shipping cost will be charged for all orders refused or not accepted by the transferring dealer and returned to Crow Wholesale for any reason.

Regulations
By ordering a firearm or serialized item, you certify that you are the actual transferee/buyer of the item, are of legal age, and satisfy all federal, state, and local requirements. All firearms and serialized items are sold and shipped in accordance with existing federal, state, and local laws. Under U.S. Federal Law, you must be 18 years of age or older to purchase rifles and shotguns, and at least 21 years of age to purchase handguns and receivers. State age requirements may differ. While we strive to provide accurate and up to date information, laws are subject to change.
It is the dealer, the retailer, and your responsibility to fully understand the laws in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering..
Damages and Shortages:
- If you receive a shipment with visible damage, it MUST be noted on the Bill Of Lading and/or Freight bill. Please contact your sales rep or our Returns Department within 24 hours of receipt. - Please include your invoice number, stock number(s) of damaged goods, quantity of damaged goods, pictures of all damages, and Bill of Lading with notes from driver stating the damages.
- If you receive a shipment with concealed damage; the recipient must contact the carrier and have the proper notations made on the Bill of Lading and/or Freight Bill. All concealed damages must be reported to Crow within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days, Crow is no longer liable and/or responsible.
- All shortages must be reported to Crow within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days, Crow is no longer liable and/or responsible.
Pricing Inventory
Pricing and inventory status on this site are updated in near-real time, and are a close representation of our current inventory. If existing stock for an item is low when you start compiling your order, it might be out of stock by the time you place the order.
Prices shown on the product pages are not intended to establish prices in any community other than our place of business at the time you accessed this website. Pricing changes will be made without prior notice.
All merchandise will be sold at the price in effect at Crow Wholesale at the time the shipment is made.

When logging in to your account on the new Crow Wholesale website, you will utilize the email address associated with your account and the password for the old Crow website.
Your UserID is no longer required for login purposes.
