Not just a "small parts kit, the Nighthawk Match Grade 1911 Parts Kit is a grown-up variation of the model kits you built as a kid - only this one does require some gunsmithing skills. Except for the sights, ALL components in the Nighthawk Match Grade 1911 Parts Kit are machined from high-grade stainless steel, left "in-the-white" with a fine matte finish. The steel sights are blued to prevent glare from spoiling your sight picture, and the front sight comes with a red fiber optic insert for enhanced visibility. The slide has forward-angled, wide-groove, front and rear serrations. Recoil springs are painted for weight identification.
