The BSF .223 Wylde Carbon Fiber AR-15 Barrels are built around a 416R stainless steel inner core wrapped in an advanced carbon fiber jacket for enhanced strength and rapid cooling. The result is the rigidity and stability of a heavy target barrel without the enormous weight penalty - your rifle is just as accurate but much easier to lug around!

Since the carbon jacket on BSF .223 Wylde Carbon Fiber AR-15 Barrels contact only 5% of the inner barrel, there is an air pocket between the two that allows air to flow freely and keep the inner barrel cool. Vent holes in the carbon fiber jacket let the heat out, promoting a convection cooling process that results in a barrel that can be handled with bare hands, even after dumping two full-size 30-round mags right after each other.

  • .223 Wylde chamber is optimized to give excellent performance with both civilian .223 Rem and military 5.56 NATO ammo
  • 1"-8 rifling stabilizes a wide range of bullet weights
  • .875" O.D. bull/target barrel contour
  • Match-grade 416R stainless steel barrel is double stress relieved to further resist heat warping

Three times stronger than steel, the carbon fiber wrap on BSF .223 Wylde Carbon Fiber AR-15 Barrels maintains outstanding rigidity and strength while keeping the barrel remarkably light.
