The SureFire WARCOMP Closed Tine Neutral Suppressor Adapter is for 5.56 rifles with ½-28 threaded barrels. This adapter is that of a traditional birdcage flash hider along with having neutral porting which reduces muzzle rise when firing, as well as, is a SOCOM Series Suppressor Adapter. This adapter also has wrench flats for ease of installation.
