Engineered to be as compact and lightweight as possible, the drop-in ready MDT LSS Chassis optimizes the tactical versatility, ergonomics, and accuracy of your bolt-action rifle. Since only the receiver makes contact with the V-shaped bedding and recoil lug area on the chassis, you are assured of a high accuracy potential with repeatability. Plenty of spacing on the handguard allows even bull barrels to free float. Mounting holes on the forend accept Magpul® L5 and L3 rails. The one-piece MDT LSS Chassis accepts any collapsible AR-15 buttstock for compact versatility, or add a fixed buttstock using a fixed stock adapter. Compatible with any AR-15 pistol grip, however those without a beavertail, or use a soft (bendable) beavertail are highly recommended best fit.

The Howa 1500/Weatherby Vanguard Short Action Stocks require MDT Polymer or Poly-Metal magazines. The Howa Mini Action Chassis use factory Howa magazines.

The LSS Chassis do not have the grip or buttstock, to allow for user customization.
