A Large number of Colt-made AR-15s on the market that were produced between 1991 and 2009 are what's called a "large-pin lower," which means that they accept receiver pins with a diameter of 0.172-inch. For owners of guns with these receivers, getting parts that fit can be a challenge, but CMC Triggers stepped up with its AR-15 Single-Stage Large-Pin Triggers. The CMC AR-15 Single-Stage Large-Pin Triggers can be had with either a curved or flat trigger bow and are available in trigger-pull weights of 4.5, 5.5 and 6.5 pounds. Like CMC's other designs, these trigger units drop into any Colt large-pin lower receiver without any modifications. The triggers will not drop into any AR rifle that is built with the small-pin lower receivers commonly seen today. Each CMC Triggers AR-15 Single-Stage Large-Pin Trigger is assembled by hand at the company's facility, function-tested and ships with a set of anti-walk pins.
