C&H Precision has developed a dedicated optics-mounting plate designed for use on a range of MOS-ready Glock®pistols, and these plates are designed for heavy duty use with a wide range of popular red-dot optics on the market. Each C&H Precision V4 MIL/LEO Optic Mounting Plate designed for use on Glock®pistols is machined from 6061 aluminum and treated with a hard-anodized finish. The plates are equipped with two recoil posts, and all of the company's V4 plates come with replaceable T-posts made from stainless steel.

Products marked RSF (Rear Sight Forward) feature a forward mounting rear sight built into the mount and are not compatible with the Trijicon SRO.

The plates are secured with Torx head screws designed for the best possible retention.
