A no drill and tap scope mount for the RUGER® Blackhawk and Super Blackhawk that you can depend on. The rugged two piece construction makes installation a breeze. A billet Aluminum underlug is secured with two Brass set screws to reduce any marring of your barrel surface. Tightening the Allen screws secures the underlug to the barrel as if it were an integral piece of the revolver. The scope mount is then attached to the underlug and rear sight elevation hole for a no drill and tap installation. The revolver rear sights need to be removed for installation. All screws necessary for installation are included. The underlug and body are made from 6061-T6 Aluminum. The entire assembly weighs only 2.4 ounces. The underlug is secured with 2, 8-32 Brass Allen set screws for the ultimate in security. The scope mount is attached to the underlug with 2, 6-40 screws and to the revolver with 1, 6-48 screw.
