The new HOG Saddle from ShadowTech comes with improvements from the original design. The ShadowTech HOG MOD7 is currently a standard issue item in the US Marine Corps and other various Special Operations Units. CNC’d from a solid block of aluminum the MOD7 opens ¼-inch wider than previous units (2 11/16-inch wide). It features black oxide stainless steel bolts and guide rods.

The torque knob is CNC machined with a retention button screw to prevent accidental disassembly. The ¼-inch thick, recessed urethane pads are specifically engineered to absorb rifle recoil and reduce muzzle jump while maintaining grip on the rifle.
