SINCLAIR PILOTED FLASH HOLE DEBURRING TOOL FOR 17 AND 20 CALIBER
The Sinclair Piloted Flash Hole Deburring Tool will work on 17 and 20 Calibers using the stainless steel neck pilots. This tool indexes off of the case mouth (trim length) to determine the correct depth of cut.
When brass is manufactured, the flash holes are often punched and can leave a burr on the inside of the flash hole. This burr can possibly effect ignition of the powder from the powder, or at least negatively effect consistency of that ignition. Removing this burr is usually a one time job and will help improve consistency of your loaded ammo.
The 17/20 Caliber Piloted Flash Hole deburring tool only accepts the 17 and 20 Caliber pilots and will not work with other larger caliber pilots. 17 and 20 Caliber pilots sold separate.
